We love that each mission is unique, sending us to airports at different altitudes and runways of various lengths. Before takeoff, we dial in the weight of each aircraft to meet these unique requirements, including how much fuel we need. Hence why understanding passenger count and baggage needs such as approximate weight, oversize or specialty items is so important.

If you are traveling internationally, please complete the eAPIS International Travel Form and check you have passports, visas and covid documentation if required.

Pre-Flight

Booking notice

You are required to book at least 48 hours before your departure, however with the following exceptions:

Peak Travel Days: You are required to book at least 72 hours before your departure on the following days, plus the three days before, the three days after, and the Sunday immediately following (subject to change):

  • New Years' Day
  • The Super Bowl
  • Presidents' Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
  • New Years' Eve

International: You are required to book at least 72 hours (3 days) before your departure

International Policy

All passengers must have passport and relevant documentation in possession prior to departure.

Health

Please advise in advance of any important health or allergy info (ex: portable O2, wheelchair, severe food allergies, etc.).

Pet Policy

Dogs under 10lbs can sit on lap Dogs over 10lbs must be kept in a small carrier, secured to a seat for takeoff and landing. Larger pets must be in an approved pet harness and secured to a seat for takeoff and landing.

Repositioning Fees

Owners are not charged repositioning fees for pick up or drop off to airports within a two-hour flight of our current bases For flights farther than two hours, owners pay the hourly rate and fuel for the portion greater than two-hours e.g. if you request to be picked up from an airport three hours away, you only pay for the third hour.

Guests

All guests must provide federal or state issued ID to the pilot before boarding

  • Please ask the pilot if you do not know the tail number of your aircraft

Password: Not required

Not all aircraft have wifi however we are working to install it across the entire fleet

When you are connected to the wifi, in your browser, enter: https://econnect2From here you can control lighting, temperature, window shades and the music

Music

If you would like to connect your device to the Bonjiovi speaker system you can use Bluetooth:

  • On your mobile device:
    • Open Bluetooth
    • Connect to "econnect2"
    • Once paired, use the up-down arrow keys to select the Bluetooth menu
  • Or, at the galley on the inflight cabin control interface: select setup, Bluetooth, Pair
  • Or, under the armrest of the VIP seat.

Concierge Requests

Should you wish to order food and/or beverages for your flight or if you need assistance booking a car or hotel, please call the reservations number above and speak with a member of our concierge team who will be happy to help fulfil your request. We will use the credit card on file to charge for any non-standard stock items and external services.
Should you wish to enjoy non-standard food and/or alcohol on your flight, we are more than happy to help:

  • A limited selection of snacks and beverages are provided on non-galley aircraft and a full selection is provided on galley-equipped aircraft.
  • Contact our concierge team at least 24 hours before departure and we will be happy to help prepare food and/or beverages for your flight

Ground Transportation

Should you require ground transportation, please contact your concierge team member with specific details no later than 24 hours before your scheduled flight.

Traveling with Children Policy

Children under the age of two can sit in an adult's lap for the duration of the flight
If traveling with children, please ensure you fill in these forms if relevant:

  • If both birth parents are alive (Form #1)
    If both birth parents are alive, and one or both of them will not be traveling with minor children, the non-traveling parent(s) must complete the form giving a notarized affidavit of consent to the person traveling with the child(ren) their authorization to take them in and out of the country or to allow the minor child to travel on their own with no guardian.
  • One birth parent is deceased (Form #2)
    If one birth parent is deceased, and the surviving birth parent WILL be traveling with the minor child(ren) they need only to have in their possession a certified copy of the death certificate of the deceased birth parent and the child's citizenship documentation. However, if the surviving birth parent WILL NOT be traveling with their minor child(ren), they must complete this form giving a notarized affidavit of consent to the person traveling with the child(ren) their authorization to take them in and out of the country and attach a certified copy of the death certificate for the other non-living birth parent.
  • Guardian for minor child (Form #3)
    If both birth parent is deceased, or you have legal guardianship of minor child(ren) and WILL be traveling with the minor child(ren) you need only have in your possession a certified copy of your guardianship papers and the child's citizenship documentation. However, if the guardian WILL NOT be traveling with their minor child(ren), they must complete this form giving a notarized affidavit of consent to the person traveling with the child(ren) their authorization to take them in and out of the country and attach a certified copy of their guardianship papers to it.

Hazardous Materials Policy

Volato does not have any passenger boarding or cargo loading facilities. The requirements of 49 CFR 175.25 and 49 CFR 175.26 are made available via electronic means to each passenger who then accepts these requirements when they sign their contract with Volato. When flying with Volato, you confirm you have reviewed and comply with these directions: https://www.faa.gov/hazmat/packsafe/
