Ownership allows you to own a private jet by
purchasing a whole or fractional share of a jet.
You can own a whole,
1/2, 1/4, 1/8, or 1/16 of a jet.
By doing so, you reduce the cost of owning a jet while also receiving guaranteed availability whenever you need it. Uniquely, in Volato’s fractional program, you can fly as little or as much as you like.
Plus, as an owner in the aircraft you earn a share of the revenue every time the aircraft flies, even when you fly. The larger your share, the more you earn.

How it works
A simple payment structure:
The most competitive in the industry
Jet Purchase: Upfront payment for your fraction of the aircraft in a five-year term
Management Fee: Monthly payment covers maintenance, pilots, hangars, insurance, management, access to our exclusive concierge team etc.
When you Fly: At the end of each month, we tally up your hours, fuel and other fees charged at cost
At the end of each month, we tally up the revenue your aircraft generated and share a distribution.
At the end of your five-year term, the aircraft is sold at fair market value and you receive your fraction of the sale. You can then choose to purchase a fraction in a new aircraft so you will always fly in the most modern fleet.

Volato operates the most modern fleet of HondaJets, so you will enjoy flying in the most advanced, comfortable, luxury light jets in the world.
The HondaJet’s innovative design features an over-the-wing engine mount which unlocks a larger,
quieter cabin and increases the aircraft’s top speed. It is the farthest and highest-flying aircraft in its
class, able to soar over weather and traffic while delivering the greatest fuel efficiency.

approximately 2 to 2.5 hours with four
passengers without stopping to refuel.
With Volato, you can fly anywhere across the contiguous United States, the Bahamas, or 225 miles into Canada and Mexico.
Volato has bases across the country, with plans to add more. When flying within two hours of a base, you do not need to pay repositioning fees.

Ownership FAQs
- Booking Notice: Request anytime, but it’s guaranteed if you provided 48-hours' notice and 72-hours' notice for peak days and international flights.
- Guests: Your guests can fly on your jet anytime, even when you’re not present.
- Children: Age 2 or under can sit on lap. Above age 2, must be in an approved seat.
- Pets: Yes, we allow pets on select aircraft and subject to applicable restrictions.
- International: Yes, we fly international with 72-hours' notice.
- Repositioning: No empty leg charges for any flight within 2-hour flight of any of our Current Bases. Any flight farther than 2-hours', you only pay the hourly rate and fuel for portion greater than two-hour credit. Ex: 3-hours' away, only pay 3-2=1 hour.
- Current Bases: Baltimore (MTN), Atlanta (PDK), St. Augustine (SGJ), Ft. Lauderdale (FXE), Houston (HOU), San Diego (CRQ).
- Peak Days: The following days, plus the three days before, the three days after, and the Sunday immediately following (subject to change): New Years’ Day, Super Bowl, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years’ Eve.
- Runway lenghts: Our HondaJets are initially approved to land on runwways that are at least 5,000 feet long during dry conditions, and 6,000 feet long during wet conditions. Although the performance of the HondaJet is capable of landing at shorter airports, this is a company standard that is implemented for passenger safety.
- Landing fees: We do not pass along charge landing or ramp fees for most U.S airports for flights originating from or arriving to any of Volato's standard FBOs. We do charge for certain high-cost airports, or for alternative FBO fees incurred at customer request.
- Payment: We total the amount of hours you flew, the total revenue your jet generated, and net them out against your monthly management fee in one simple detailed invoice every 30 days.
- Monthly Management Fee: Inclusive of insurance, cleaning, hangars, pilots, maintenance, and your concierge team.
- FET (Federal Excise Tax): Charged on hourly flight fees + fuel at 7.5%.
- Cancellations: Hourly charge for all flights cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of the departure time for domestic flights and seventy-two (72) hours for international flights and peak days.
- Lateness: In the event that Customer is more than forty-five (45) minutes late for a Booked Flight and has not provided reasonable advanced notice to Operator of such delay, then Operator reserves the right to cancel such Booked Flight with respect to Customer. In such event, cancellation fees shall apply and Operator further reserves the right to move the scheduled Aircraft. Operator does not guarantee that Booked Flights can be modified to accommodate late Customer arrivals.
- Forgiveness: Customer is entitled to one cancellation forgiveness waiver per calendar year. For such forgiveness waiver, Customer shall be charged only for repositioning fees and associated actual costs, if any. Forgiveness waivers are not available for Booked Flights on any Peak Travel Day. Forgiveness cancellation waiver expires at the end of each calendar year and is not transferrable.
